We’re hiring home care aides to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes across Macomb, Wayne, and Oakland Counties. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed / on-call schedules are available.
Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Companionship
Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation
Shopping and errands
What We’re Looking For
Compassionate and reliable individuals
People who enjoy working with others
Good communication skills
Must be 18 years or older
Legally authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid government-issued photo ID
Reliable transportation to clients’ homes
Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
What to Expect After You Apply
First aid certification. If hired, caregivers complete a background and exclusion screening, enroll as a Home Help caregiver in Michigan CHAMPS (where applicable), complete orientation, CPR/First Aid certification and required training, and record visits through electronic visit verification.
A criminal conviction does not automatically disqualify you. Each case is reviewed against Michigan Medicaid and Home Help screening requirements.
